Background...

I have been involved in computer repair, virus & spyware removal,  and some form of computer service for some 15 years.  I have experience with most operating systems including:  Microsoft Windows, Linux and even old versions of the Mac OS, version 8.0 and 9.0.   Like most of you, I am still learning as Microsoft changes, and the hackers, and virus writers  continue to find ways to exploit the security holes in the Windows Operating System.
